Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please send us a message, and we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Can I change my order?
Before completing your purchase, please ensure that all your order details are correct and that there are no items in your cart that you do not intend to purchase. If you contact us on the same business day as your order, we will do our best to correct the items before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can return the items once the package arrives.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation or receipt via email. What should I do?
We send an order confirmation immediately after your purchase. Sometimes the email entered may be incorrect, or our email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder, and if you still can't find the order confirmation email, send us a message with the name you entered during checkout, and we’ll help you check why the email didn’t arrive.
When will I receive my order?
As mentioned during checkout and in our shipping policy, the order processing time is 1-5 days, and shipping times are 6-14 business days (business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please check if your order is still within this timeframe. If the timeframe has passed, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your shipment.
Where will my order be delivered?
Delivery to a Pickup Point
A pickup point is a nearby business or locker close to the delivery address you provided during checkout.
If you chose delivery to a pickup point, you can select the nearest location to you once the shipment is in your area (you’ll receive an SMS from the shipping company when your order is close).
Another SMS will be sent once your order arrives at the pickup point you selected.
How will I know when my order has arrived?
You will receive an SMS notification from the shipping company once your order is out for delivery or has arrived at the pickup point.
You will also receive another SMS once your order is ready for pickup, if you chose a pickup point.

I forgot to pick up my package from the pickup point, what should I do?
f you forgot to pick up your package from the pickup point and it was returned to the shipping company, please contact us to arrange a redelivery for an additional fee.
